I want fries

I had no idea what I wanted to do today. But I did want fries real bad (really potato chips, but also fries). So I used some of the Vellum knowledge that I got while spinning my wheels yesterday and threw together some fries pretty quick. Then I spent a long time trying to drizzle ketchup over top of them and I learned some more about FLIP fluids, but never got it looking good (aka not like cum). I was pretty down on the result until I started lighting it and that really put some lipstick on this pig. I think I got a better understanding of some interesting product lighting techniques, especially in the PBR rendering space. So all in all, not the best, not the worst. Either way I'm going to go and find fried potatoes in some form or another ASAP!
